International Patent application fees and services

 

(The following patent application fees do not include US Patent Office fees.)

 

· Patent Co-Operation Treaty (PCT) Application (Typically 2-4 weeks)

* This is a minimum fee for simple applications, more complicated applications require increased fees, with your authorization.

 

For most applications ------------------------- $4,500.00

 

· U.S. National Stage Entry Filing (Typically 2-4 weeks)

* This is a minimum fee for simple applications, more complicated applications require increased fees, with your authorization.

 

For most applications ------------------------- $1,500.00

 

· Amendments to National Stage Entry Filings (Typically 2-4 weeks)

* This is a minimum fee for simple applications, more complicated applications require increased fees, with your authorization.

 

For most applications ------------------------- $500.00
